All bicycles are professionally packed in oversized boxes. To ensure safe transit, we remove the front wheel, pedals, and handlebars. Standard assembly is required upon arrival.
What is your return policy for pre-owned bikes?
We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return the bike in its original condition for a refund, minus shipping costs and a restocking fee.
Do you offer financing options?

How do you verify the condition of used inventory?
Every bike undergoes a rigorous 50-point inspection by our certified mechanics. We grade each frame and component to ensure transparency regarding its mechanical and cosmetic state.
Is insurance included in the shipping price?
Yes, every shipment from Cycle Limited is fully insured for the purchase price of the bicycle, providing peace of mind from our warehouse to your door.
Can I trade in my current bike?
